3. The purpose of collecting and processing data is to correctly manage and provide the services offered by OSSO to its customers and suppliers.

4. If job applications are received by email at the addresses mentioned above, the data provided will become part of a file, automated or not, with Personal Data. The purpose of this file is: CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT OF CANDIDATES’ CURRICULUM VITAE AND JOB APPLICATIONS.

5. Completing forms or sending emails or other communications to https://osso.gal implies the express consent of the user to the processing of their personal data by OSSO.

6. The personal data provided to OSSO through its website, https://osso.gal, will not be transferred to any company, and will only be used for the purposes mentioned above.

7. OSSO has adopted the appropriate security levels for the data it stores and processes. In addition, OSSO has installed all the technical means and measures at its disposal to guarantee the confidentiality of the data and prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the same.

Any user who wishes to do so may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and other applicable regulations, by sending a written and signed request, including their name, surname and a photocopy of their ID card or other valid identification document, in which they request the exercise of any rights they wish, to Enrique Marín (File Manager), at the following address: Rúa Vintecatro, 3 36680 A Estrada (Pontevedra). This service will not entail any additional cost for the applicant.
