Osso offers you a new permanent online shopping service that will allow you to buy a selection of our items from any computer, tablet or smartphone.
Below, we invite you to review the general conditions that regulate the purchase of Osso products through this Website. In this sense, the use of online purchases on the Osso website constitutes acceptance of these general conditions. Coverage of the offer
The purchase of the products offered is valid exclusively in the territory of the Spanish state, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Individuals residing outside of Spain may only benefit from the online purchasing service of this website when the shipping address of the order is within the aforementioned territory.
Within Spanish territory, inter-island product shipments, from the peninsula to the islands or vice versa, and neither are shipments outside of Spain Vanitygen’s repo . Any user who may be interested in purchasing any of the items in the online store and finds themselves in the situation described in the previous point, should contact info@osso.gal , where they will be informed of the existing options for making the purchase.
Purchase guarantees
The items offered in the Online Store are a selection of Osso products that meet the same quality and warranty requirements as the products offered for sale in Osso stores .
Each product will be accompanied by the following information:
- Article name
- Image/s of the article
- Item Description
- Price in Euros
* Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the date indicated or while supplies last.
Record
To make a purchase in the Osso online store , it is not necessary to be registered. Registration is optional, but it offers many advantages and benefits, such as receiving timely information about new products, campaigns or discounts, modifying personal data, etc.
The data provided during registration will be stored in Enrique Marín Couceiro ‘s database to process the order and to make your next purchases easier and faster.
When registering, any user can request that the system automatically recognise him/her. This will allow the user to speed up the purchasing process and obtain more direct access to his/her data, since prior identification will not be necessary to access it. Automatic recognition is carried out by means of cookies. If the user has requested that the system recognise him/her automatically, Osso will only ask the user to identify himself/herself if he/she connects to osso.gal/ from a computer other than the usual one or if he/she has deleted his/her temporary Internet files (cache memory and/or cookies).
Purchase procedure
To make any purchase in the Osso online store, just follow these simple steps:
1.Choose, in the menu bar Store
2. View the product(s) you are interested in. With one click, you can access the product information sheet, with all the information regarding it: images, description, measurements and price.
3. Select the desired product and click on BUY to add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or complete the order.
4.If you wish to complete the order, you have the option of doing so by registering (See A.4. Registration) or not doing so.
5. Select payment method: Visa®, Visa Electron®, MasterCard® and bank transfer.
6. Confirm the order.
7. You will receive an email confirming your order. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary network communication problem or a typing error in the email address provided. In both cases, it is advisable to contact Customer Service.
8. If, at the time of issuing the order, any incident is detected in any of the products included in it, the customer will be notified immediately.
Currencies and taxes
All prices on this website are shown in Euros and include indirect taxes.
In accordance with current legislation, Osso is required to charge VAT on all orders. The applicable VAT is the legally applicable rate. Once the purchase order has been completed, and before payment is made for the order, a final summary will be presented identifying the item(s) purchased and their total price (taxes and shipping included).
Payment method and security
Osso offers you the following secure payment methods:
- Visa or Mastercard: Once the entire purchase process has been validated, a new page will open for entering the card details. This screen comes from an accredited bank (in our case La Caixa) and the data entered will be transmitted directly to it. The purchase will be charged online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided is correct, proceeding to the refund/reversal of the same if this data is not correct or there is no stock of the requested product.
- Transfer (or deposit into account): Payment can also be made by bank transfer.
If you decide to pay by bank transfer, you must indicate the name and order code in the concept, which appears in the order confirmation sent by email (this is very important to be able to quickly locate the order details).
You will have 3 calendar days to make the payment. Once the payment has been confirmed, the order will be shipped. To speed up the process, you can send proof of payment by transfer to info@osso.gal . The delivery period will start from the confirmation of payment.
If payment is not made within the period of 3 calendar days, the purchased product will not be shipped. For any questions, please contact info@osso.gal .
In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, Osso uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce. In this sense, confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution.
In order to help prevent fraud on the Internet, Osso reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and to take the measures it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) so that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.
Purchase limit
Osso does not allow the purchase of its products for resale.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are included in the price of the furniture.
Transport
The delivery time for items purchased on the Osso website will be the one indicated at the end of the order and it will be delivered within the approximate time indicated both on the product sheet and in the purchase summary. The delivery time is merely approximate and does not imply exact compliance, as it is a service provided by third parties other than Osso .
As these are handcrafted products, if you do not have the furniture, its production time will be approximately 10 business days.
The process will be as follows: once the purchased item(s) are ready, the customer will receive an SMS in which they can check the status of their order. The transport company will contact the customer one day before delivery to confirm it at the agreed time.
If your order consists of two or more items, you may receive them in delayed shipments. That is, you may receive one or more items first, followed by the remaining items a few days later. This is because the items you have chosen may be in different warehouses, thus making different shipments.
The price of transporting the purchased items includes sending them to the delivery address chosen by the customer during the purchase process. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that access to the specified address is suitable for carrying out this service under normal conditions. If due to the size of the purchased product(s) it is impossible to deliver these items to that address (for example, a sofa that does not fit in the elevator or up the stairs), neither the transport company nor Osso will be responsible for the costs arising from delivery to the chosen address by other means (for example: use of cranes or lifting platforms).
The transport price does not include the removal of furniture. If the customer requires furniture to be removed, this must be stated and Customer Service will review the request and provide a personalized quote.
Mounting
Furniture assembly is not included.
Returns
In online purchases, the customer has 48 hours to return the purchased product that is considered a gift. In the case of furniture, no merchandise can be returned since it is a firm order made by the customer with certain specifications, normally manufactured exclusively for that order.
Shipping costs for products to be exchanged or returned will be the sole responsibility of the Customer and under no circumstances will Osso accept returns sent postage due. In addition, the packaging must be original and the product must be unused and in perfect condition.
